How a rodízio works
Rodízio is a style of service that comes from Brazil: waiters go from table to table with skewers, the “swords”, loaded with grilled meats, and carve a piece onto the plate of anyone who wants it, for as long as you like. Rodizio, in Lima, presents itself as the first chain of meat restaurants on this model in Peru, in business for more than twenty years according to the chain, with meats served on the swords and a buffet.
What the set price includes
According to the online menu noted on 7 October 2026:

What is not included: drinks (a glass of chicha morada or lemonade: S/ 7), house desserts, and meats ordered “al plato”, sold separately (from S/ 120 to S/ 150 for 400 grams depending on the cut). The chain also announces a corkage charge for wine you bring. So it is not an “all-inclusive” price: for a budget, add drinks and dessert.
Where, and for whom
The branches published by the chain: Miraflores (Av. Angamos 478), Barranco (Av. República de Panamá 210), Surco (Av. Aviación 4555), San Miguel (Av. La Marina 3191), La Molina (Av. La Molina 1131) and Los Olivos (Av. Carlos Izaguirre 911). The opening hours displayed are the same for all: Monday to Thursday from 12:00 to 23:00, Friday and Saturday until midnight, Sunday until 22:00.
For a group or a family with big appetites, who fancy an evening of meat after several days of ceviche and criollo cooking. To taste Peruvian grills themselves, look instead at anticuchos and pollo a la brasa.

Our suggestion
For a table that wants plenty of meat: grilled cuts served as much as you like on swords, and a buffet to put together your plate, at a fixed price per person, drinks extra.
What to ask before you go
- The child rate for a foreign child: the menu makes it conditional on presenting a DNI, the Peruvian identity card.
- The opening hours of the branch you choose: the opening hours page is shared by the whole chain.
- The corkage charge if you bring your own wine: the menu announces one.
